Mission
Master Assets Investments Limited mission is to create, develop, market and operate World-class real estate developments in the hospitality, residential, retail and office sectors in the East African region. Led by the Founder and Chairman, Mr Cheung (Billy) Yiu Tung, our vision is to create value for our investors, and partners (both local and international)by delivering developments of high quality cost effectively and which are responsive to market conditions.
Chairman Profile
Mr Cheung Yiu Tung (Billy) was born in Guangzhou, China. Very early on he realized the potential of the region, and for over 10 years he has been involved in various successful businesses in trading and supplying building materials, hotel supplies and equipment to major customers in the region. When he realized the often poor quality of real estate developments in the region, his business activities have evolved over the past five years to address the gap and the challenge. From his headquarters in Hong Kong and Operations bases in Guangzhou and Africa, Billy is leading, investing in and promoting major property developments in the region. The various business operations in the different countries are held under one umbrella of Master Assets Investments Limited .

Mr. Eric Yiming has over 25 years of senior management experience in multinational corporations including Brand Manager for Phillip Morris USA; Regional Market Research Manager for PM Asia; General Manager Singapore/Malasia/Brunei; Regional Director_South/SoutheastAsia for British American Tobacco; Vp and Commercial director for Tropicana International Inc.；Vp, and then President of Heineken Export Asia Pacific. Mr. Eric Yiming has had brought in extensive multinational Management experience from his past experience gained in USA, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, South and Southeast Asia, and Europe. Mr. Eric Yiming has also brought in experience in private equity fund raising experience from his private investments with various venture capitalists in the Asia Pacific region.
